In maths we have to  find 3 maths games and are the 3 i found.

Fraction splat, Worlds hardest game and Math man which is like pacman. all of these games are on Cool math games.

In numeracy we are learning about graphs. I surveyed everyone in my class to see who perfered the simpsons to family guy, this was my results.

Over the past 3 or 4 weeks. me and Zoe have been working on a garden design for my Math teacher.We had to ask her questions about it and make sure that we didn’t go over the total limit of money.

We had to put in a barbecue area,water feature ,flowers , vegetable patch , a play area and a lawn area that she had to mow that were less than 100 square metres.The things we had to include on the piece of A3 card paper was a Glossary, coloured in design of the garden, the dotted design , how to work out the shapes ,the legend and scale ,the Area of each shape or design ,the costings and how much she had to mow.

Over all i reckon i did pretty well. We had 3 people marked us a 85 of out of 100. We both did about half each, i reckon i would mark myself a 3 out of 4.

These few weeks we have been doing decimals.Over the 3 weeks that we have been doing decimals ,i reckon i have improved alot.the first time i did the test i  got a 9 out of 22 and yesterday i got 21.5 .the only thing i got wrong was to put the sec or seconds at the end of an answer.At the start i wasn’t good at them but now after some practice i can get more than i could get before. but i still  need to improve on some things.

Today i played a game called Stop Disasters.I played this game twice.

This is what it looked like once I said I wanted to play.

You can chose front the following disasters ,locations and terrain:

• Type: Tsunami , Hurrricane, Wild fire, Earthquake and Flood
• Place:South East Asia, The Caribbeans, Central Australia, Eastern Mediterranean and Eastern/Central Europe
• Terrain: coastal village,  Caribbeans Islands,  Arid planes,Low land Hills and Valley Flood Plains
• I chose the Hurricane, The Caribbeans and Caribbean Islands. The first time 152 people were injured out of 330 people but in the second time only 140 out of 330.My hospital and school survived both times too.
• I failed at my mission because the damage cost all lot.
• My tactics were to house as many people as possible, anchor the boats and power lines, put lots of trees in , put the hospital and school and surrounded it with things like trees & houses and put some sand dunes and water break thing too.

Last night for dinner Ihad tacos and they were soo YUM!

My taco had mince,lettuce ,carrot and cheese.I had 4 of these tacos.

Tacos are really messy food so when you have one you should sit in front of your plate soo you don’t drop any of your taco.

My mum, my brother and me love tacos but my dad doesn’t like them as much as me !!!
